Coaching with me is like going on a road trip.

You get to decide the destination, and you always remain in the driver’s seat. I’ll be riding shotgun, map in hand, calmly giving you directions on how to get where you want to go – the most efficient way possible, of course. With me sitting next to you, you won’t miss a turn. You won’t run out of gas. You won’t break down on the side of the road.

We’ll get where you want to go, and we’ll make it fun.

Windows down, music playing kind of fun. Or if you need to pull over, turn down the music, and have a serious talk about whatever’s on your mind, we can do that, too. Because I’m not just a problem solver. I’m also a friend who knows how to offer guidance and encouragement.

Enjoy a safe, confidential space that is 100% all about YOU. In these one-on-one coaching sessions, nothing is off limits. We can discuss, work through, or problem-solve any issue you’d like. Additionally, I am happy to accommodate individual communication preferences. Whether you prefer Zoom, FaceTime, or a phone call, you get to decide when, where, and how I show up for you. Virtual and in-person options are available.

Please kindly note: While my coaching style is therapeutic, coaching is not therapy. As a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), I take a solution focused approach to working through personal difficulties and accomplishing goals.

My Life Efficiency Coaching Package ensures you have a confidential space that is 100% all about YOU, five days a week, for an entire season. This 12-week program ensures you get wherever you need to go, accomplish your goals, and thrive throughout the transition. We’ll get through the tough stuff and celebrate every win together so you can be successful, independent, and back on your feet.

The north star of the Life Efficiency program is the custom plan I’ll work with you to create. We can address any area of your life you choose – professional, personal, relational, etc. I am happy to accommodate individual communication preferences. Whether you prefer Zoom, FaceTime, or a phone call, you get to decide when, where, and how I show up for you. Virtual and in-person options are available.

✓ Approx 3 hours of efficiency coaching each week for 12 consecutive weeks plus one 60-minute wrap-up session

o 60-Minute strategy or reflection session each week for 12 consecutive weeks

o 15 to 30-minute ‘check-in’ session(s) four days a week for 12 consecutive weeks

o Weekend availability

The process – How the Life Efficiency coaching plan works

STEP 1 | Contact me for a complimentary 30-minute discovery call

The complimentary discovery call is essentially a no-risk meet-and-greet. I’ll learn a bit about you and your situation, answer any questions you may have, and share with you a bit more about how coaching with me works. If we decide we’re a good fit for each other, I’ll send you my coaching contract which will allow us to begin collaborating.

STEP 2 | Schedule our first 1-hour session

In our first coaching session (week one, session one), we’ll discuss your situation in its entirety, clarify your goal(s) and go over your communication preferences. Afterward, I will create a customized plan to address the area of life you want to focus on – professional, personal, relational, etc.

STEP 3 | Conquer the plan

For the remaining 11 weeks and in accordance with your communication preferences, we will meet for a 1-hour strategy or reflection session one day a week and do daily check-ins four days a week. During a daily check-in, we’ll talk through your objectives, and I’ll help you prioritize and efficiently structure your tasks for that day. Each daily check-in may be 30 minutes once each day or 15 minutes twice a day depending on your preference.

STEP 4 | Independent application and discontinuation

After working closely together for 12 consecutive weeks, we’ll part ways so you can apply lessons learned and practice efficiency independently. Three to four weeks later, we’ll meet up for one last hour-long session together to discuss lessons learned and fine tune implementation strategies. This final post-op coaching session concludes the Life Efficiency program. However, many clients find it helpful to meet once a month or every other month thereafter in a single one-off session to stay on track with their goals. You can book a single, one-off ‘tune-up’ session whenever you need.
