1. What is efficiency coaching?

Efficiency Coaching is a safe partnership to problem solve and grow from stressful situations to increase stability throughout all areas of your life. Think of it as refining your skills to “not just get things done but get the right things done.”

2. What is executive functioning?

Executive functioning skills are cognitive areas of development that make all areas of life smoother. Examples: flexible thinking, response inhibition, emotional control, task initiation and follow through, planning and organizing, time management, goal setting and achieving. You can imagine that executive functioning skills are the mortar that hold all the bricks of your life together.

3. Do you offer evenings and weekend availability?

As a supportive partnership, my clients and I work together to determine the most beneficial times during their week for one hour reflection sessions and 15 minute check ins. Evening and weekends are available as needed.

4. Are you available for virtual or in-person sessions?

5. I’m not a Texas resident. Can I still work with you?

Certainly. Most of my clients connect virtually on a regular basis.

6. How do sessions work?

A typical one hour reflection session includes celebrating growth, reviewing our strategies and planning for the week ahead. During daily check ins we shift the day’s plan if circumstances have changed, confirm the order of steps to meet the day’s goal, and address anticipated barriers or distractions. See more here.

7. Is everything private / confidential?

Absolutely.

8. What is your payment policy? How can I pay?

I accept Zelle or Venmo or ACH payments.

9. Do you accept insurance?

Not at this time.

10. How do I schedule an appointment?
