Hi Friends!
I’m Kris
I’m an Efficiency Coach and chaos calmer on a mission to empower struggling individuals with the Executive Function or self-management skills they need to thrive. By providing compassionate, organizational guidance, I help my clients transform their lives into manageable moments they can conquer and enjoy.
Who I am
As a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist specialized in Executive Function or self-management skills for adults, I provide my clients with the structure they need to achieve their personal, professional, and relational goals. You can think of me as your positive, helpful, well-organized, supportive personal advocate and manager – except I work for YOU. I will help you achieve the clarity, confidence, and mental skills you need to navigate day-to-day life efficiently so you can flourish.
“Times of stress are also times that are signals for growth, and
if we use adversity properly, we can grow through adversity.”
—Rabbi Dr. Abraham Twerski
Does any of this resonate?
• Life feels overwhelming.
• Adulting, parenting, career, health... It’s all too much.
• Work, school, and relationships are a source of stress and anxiety instead of an interesting challenge.
• Life demands more energy and focus than it feels like you have available.
• You struggle with concentrating and often forget important details.
• You work non-stop but nothing really ever gets ‘done.’
• Vague instructions cause intense confusion, but too many details are overwhelming.
• You need a clear path to success – simple step-by-step instructions that actually make sense.
• Some people may have implied that you’re lazy or insubordinate, but you are not! You’re simply exhausted.
Is there a better way to manage life?
Yes, there is! You can develop the mental skills needed to organize, plan,
and conquer life – all while staying emotionally calm and regulated.
Who I Help
The heart and soul of my clientele are adults aged 25-50 navigating the ups and downs of career, life, and relationships. I have sincere respect for Gen Z and Millennials and am happy to accommodate a communication style that works best for them.
Specifically, I am well-experienced in helping professionals navigate major career shifts and promotions. And as a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, I’m highly qualified in working with adults who have ADHD or any similar executive function or self-management situation.
Other clients besides professionals include new parents, adults mid-divorce, and adults eager to level up the way they show up – for themselves and others.

Since Kris has been my efficiency coach I have experienced a life I did not think was possible! For years I have dealt with struggles from ADHD. I would highly recommend Kris as an ADHD Coach. I have been working with her for four months, and the warmth and guidance she has provided has been just what I needed in this season of my life. She does a fantastic job of helping me prioritize the tasks ahead. Her expertise with ADHD and emotional regulation is on level with counselors I have had before. I am confident she will bring the same level of compassion, professionalism, and empathy to whatever endeavor she takes. She would be an invaluable ADHD mentor to anyone.

My experience has been dramatically and positively impacted to both my personal and professional life. She has come alongside my world by listening well, following up and supplementing my talents with helpful tools to work toward new and better habits. In a short period I have experienced improved prioritizing and initiating tasks, mitigating the emotional fear and anxiety associated with personal weaknesses. Personally, my wife appreciates and enjoys the small improvements at home related to initiative, allocating roles and responsibilities, establishing expectations and generally more "on the ball" at home.
